are you saying that the naz is planning a U.S. tour Grant? or are you just speculating that they might. Just curious... By the way when was the last U.S. tour the Boyz did? Its been many years ago, thats for sure. Its time...... Ron

The venue put tickets on sale through ticketmaster. Seriously how many people see that tickets are on sale and say "Well I better check for confirmed dates." Doesnt the sale of tickets imply the date IS confirmed? Do you really think ticketmaster doesnt check for confirmation BEFORE selling the tickets? There was a show that tix went on sale for by Robert Plant. Also being a huge Zep fan, I bought tix. The show was cancelled same day similar to this. An announcement was made next day. Plants people had scheduled 2 shows in 2 cities at the same time!! The other dates Plant could play werent available at the venue so it was cancelled. But there has been no explanation. That makes me suspicious. If it was just prematurely advertised, they would have just said so. I emailed the casino for a reason and they havent responded yet. Very curious no?

And please dont take my post the wrong way grant. I appreciate the input and I'm not trying to sound sarcastic to you.

Hi Guys , the way I believe it works is that a ticket agency works in partnership with the promoter/venue/booking agent and not the band. I wouldn't think any ticket agency has direct access to a band and doubt they check individual bands websites. All I'm saying is that it looks to me that the promoter and venue have jumped the gun before the full tour was confirmed , then some where along the line something has happened for the date to be cancelled.
Ron I have no inside scoop if the band are playing the U.S but the fact that there is a New York date being advertised on the web and the one that's just been cancelled would suggest that one is being put together . There is space in June and they have July in Canada so it would make sense and I hope for all you guys that they do . Just have some sympathy for us Brits who will not see them until November :-)

I dont think they have EVER played a show in Connecticut.(Although I could be wrong. I did some research and found no dates that they played in CT.) I seriously doubt they will start now. This arena they were supposed to play in is one that I for the most part avoid like the plague. I dont like the way they handle the sale of tickets, their prices at times are beyond outrageous, and they just generally dont care about fans, just the high rollers of their casino. But I wanted to see them so bad I broke my own rule and bought tix to that arena. I should have known better. Burned again.

Hi Grant! Yes, im sure you guys were very dissapointed for sure. November is a long way off. I sure hope your right about the U.S. tour. It will be nice to see them again. The last time I saw them was a road trip I made to winsor canada. quite a while ago. im keeping my fingers crossed, and just hope for the best! I guess for me though, im just glad The Naz keeps going and going and going, Im not sure how they do it, its amazing! still putting out new music, and relentless touring, they are the hardest working band around for sure. take care Ron

Thanx for the advice Lil concerning the venue in NY. I've bought tickets for the floor.

Hope to see other Naz-fans there too, must be some others from this forum going to the NY-show?

It was a big dissapointment they cancelled the UK tour, so I hope I'm a bit more lucky this time :-)

NYC is so much fun in whole, the city that never sleeps. Literally and figuratively. A very large group of friends of mine from England, Scotland, Sweden(I know I am forgetting a few others) and folks from all over the USA used to meet up at one particular lounge (it closed down) and we'd close down the bar at 4 a.m. Great memories. I hope you are able to meet up with those that were thinking of making the show that got canceled. BBK's show is on a Tuesday so it might be a problem if they cannot get the time off. I have a long recovery(brain surgery) so I no longer travel long distances alone, my husband's work and business schedule has prevented him from traveling so I had a friend who would travel with me. Things changed a bit.. but enough of me! I hope you have an awesome time, Pal.
