At 20.30 starts the sound of the bagpipe and the next following 90 minutes are very explosive , that's rock`n roll !
dan's voice was incredible , it was time for goosepumps .
jimmy felt fine , cool riffs , excellent guitarplaying !
pete pushed the band throug the songs and last but not least there was lee ,
the hard working lee with shorts ( minus 8 ! ) , the performance of him simply unbelievable !!!
for me one of the best nazareth shows i have ever seen !
after the show there was opportunity to change some words with lee ,
especialy christa was fascinated from his looseness - ein geiler typ !
it was also nice to meet harald and werner from graz .

Thanks for the review. Yes, it was a real great gig. The Boyz worked very hard and I'm still wondering how Pete and Jimmy managed to avoid their fingers getting stiff from the freezing air. And ofcourse it was also unbelieveable how Dan was able to do his singing at this temperatures, also very nice seeing Dan gazing at the snowflakes dancing around him. Not to forget Lee banging his drums as hard as ever - he seemed the only one who was not freezing while wearing shorts and a sleeveless shirt. The setlist was superb (Alex I think you forgot Turn on your receiver as 3rd song after Telegram) with the "new" songs Where Are You Now and Woke Up This Morning and ofcourse God Of The Mountain. Maybe this will be the only time they ever played this song live so this fact alone was a good reason to go there and see the show. The crowd was really high, I saw young people dancing, singing and headbanging and also lots of more mature rockfans who really enjoyed the show. The only disappointment was the performance of the Austrian Ski Team at the races. Seems the God Of The Mountain is not on our side ...
