Hands down I think the greatest was the first time I ever saw them in MN. I was very young and don't remember the date or even the venue. I do remember vocalist Dan McCafferty being rolled out in a wheel chair with a bottle of Jack Daniels and the pain and soul in his voice changing my life forever. While most folks 1st song the ever learned on guitar was "Smoke on the Water" mine was "Miss Misery" followed by "Love Hurts" then "Hair of the Dog". Keep on Rockin you guys you are an inspiration to us all.
I'm not sure why but your Facebook page isn't working :(

Klaus,

I think that you are correct that they were going to release a live album after the 1980 tour but never did. In fact Cocaine was not the only track to be issued. There was a double single released, at last in the UK and possibly elsewhere, from that tour featuring Raz Ama Naz, Hair of the Dog, Heart's Grown Cold and Talkin' to One of the Boys. I still have that single and if I ever work out how to do it will post it online as I have converted it to digital. Not sure how the copyright would work ou though.
