Have played the album many times, was lucky enough to have it pre release date, here's my current ratings;

1. Boom 5
2. Bones 4.5
3. B2B4 3
4. WS 4
5. RnRT 4
6. Punch 2.5
7. LLT 4
8. RT 3
9. NT 5
10. Speak 4
11. GOTM 3.5
12. Ride 5
13. WFG 2.5

The live tracks are OK - KFB being the best however I'll rarely listen to them. I actually bought the 2000 Barrie Ontario show from the old Naz merchandise site amongst several others in the series and to be fair they were of a higher standard than Barrie albeit still unmastered raw bootlets - I don't wish to be negative though as overall I'm very happy with the new album. Will do a full review on here and Amazon when I have more time, been very busy lately.

Cheers

2. One Set Of Bones 4.0
3. Back 2B4 4.5
4. Winter Sunlight 3.0
5. Rock'n'Roll Telephone 4.0
6. Punch A Hole In The Sky 1.5 (I miss a melody in this song)
7. Long Long Time 4.0 (not typically, but a cool groove and a great melody and chorus)
8. The Right Time 2.5
9. Not Today 4.5
10. Speakeasy 4.5 (great riff, great melody! Malcolm Young is jealous ;-) )
11. God Of The Mountain 3.0

1. Boom Bang Bang - Catchy wee song 3.5
2. One Set of Bones - Hard Rocker with the Naz trademark 4.0
3. Back 2B4 - Great melody, catchy tune 3.5
4. Winter Sunlight - Awesome Ballad 4.0
5. Rock 'N' Roll Telephone - Good bluesy, laid back riff 3.0
6. Punch A Hole In The Sky - Fast-paced rocker with a great double drum beat 4.0
7. Long Long Time - Melodic pop style track. Not my favorite. 3.0
8. The Right Time - A nice ballad but too much for me - I fell asleep at this one. 3.0
9. Not Today - This is more like it! Great, simple hard rock riff from Jimmy and some of Dan's finest vocals make this an awesome Nazareth classic! 4.5
10. Speakeasy - Good song, great story behind it, catchy chorus. 4.0
11. God of the Mountain - Love it! Another future Nazareth classic! 4.5
12. Just A Ride - Naz meets Black Sabbath meets Led Zep. Give me a Nazareth album full of these songs and I can die happy! Fan-bloody-tastic! 5.0
13. Wanna Feel Good? - Great melody, great song. Nice way to end the album. 4.0

Also, I must say the production on this album was first rate. The sound is awesome guys! I'm just so sad this is Dan's last with the band.

Like the previous album, it needs a several takes to make the assessment.
It seems to me, that Nazareth has taken a Black Sabbath style in many songs. As BS also have great fast-paces songs like "Neon Knights", "Trashed", "In For The Kill", "Psychophobia" and others.

I would give most of the songs a five, though Winter Sunlight would receive a bit lower. It's too soft for me... I don't like really soft songs and soft vocals. The other songs are just great. That's my list.

1. Boom Bang Bang - 5
2. One Set Of Bones - 5
3. Back 2B4 - 4
4. Winter Sunlight - 4
5. Rock 'N' Roll Telephone - 5
6. Punch A Hole In The Sky - 5
7. Long Long Time - 4,5
8. The Right Time - 5
9. Not Today - 5
10. Speakeasy - 5
11. God of the Mountain - 5
12. Just A Ride - 5
13. Wanna Feel Good ? - 5

All live songs sound poor, the mixture could have been so much better!
The songs indeed are of course great songs, perfect to be performed live!
But in my humble opinion all these live recordings are not more than a 2.
Expect 'God Save the South' wich is a 3.
Missed chance, as long as it is about the live songs, as I have to say!

All in all it's a great album! But to be serious - sometimes it seemed to me, that we could hear it clear, that Dan had to fight in these days!
He'll always be the greatest rock singer in the world. Wish him all the best!
But also all the best to the band - I'm looking forward to see you in August at the festiival

I will not set up points for each song, but to me this album was better than expected. I mean, I heard the short clips before the release and found it too heavy and with no "punchy" songs, After having received it and played it some times now I will give it a 4. And I agree with those who are a bit dissapointed by the live tracks. Too bad production/sound.

Dans voice is of course not young anymore, he doesnt sound like on No Mean City, but I think he do it very good anyway. After having listened to my sons black metal (or what they call that screaming) and to several other heavy rockers, I must say Dan is still one of the best.

To compare this album with the two previous, I would give RNRT 4, The News 5 and Big Dogz 3.

Always difficult to judge. One song that sounds great may sound weaker next time you listen to it. It's partly a question of expectations but as a rough guide;
1.Boom Bang Bang 3

4.Winter Sunlight 4
5.Rock 'N' Roll Telephone 4
6.Punch a Hole In the Sky 4
7.Long Long Time 4
8.The Right Time 4
9.Not Today 4
10.Speakeasy 4
11.God of the Mountain 4

Tracks on Disc 2:
1.Just a Ride 2
2.Wanna Feel Good? 2

I just like the album as a whole. It is better than Big Dogz.
